Highest looping coaster Skyline park in Germany is building a new type of coaster: the X-Car Coaster. The new coaster will be named Sky Wheel and will indeed resamble a wheel as the elements are: - a 46 meter high vertical lifthill. - an inversion, bringing the car from upside-down to straight position. - a dive. This will instantly be a world record for the highest inversion. The manufacturer of the thing is Maurer Sohne, a German firm. The ride is expected to open fall 2004.
